Master of Arts Degree (MA) in Management, University of Kent at Canterbury;
Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD);
Member of the Institute of Management Services (MMS)
Experience:
Extensive public and private sector experience both in UK and on St
Helena.
In the public sector has operated at Director level in large UK Local
Authorities and a previous Chief Secretary/ Deputy Governor of the St
Helena Government.
In the voluntary sector has been President of the Chamber of Commerce,
Chairman of the Land Planning and Development Control Board and a Member
of the Diocesan Council.
In the private sector was, previously in the UK, Managing Director and
owner of a firm of Management Consultants (9) specialising in Privatisation,
Outsourcing and the Competitive Tendering of Local Authority Services.
Currently a partner in several businesses on St Helena.

St Helena.

predominantly as Product Manager and Marketing Manager in the Telecommunications
and Internet industries.
In the public sector on St.Helena has operated as CEO of state-sponsored
media, and completed IT projects on consulting basis.
In the voluntary sector is a former President of the Chamber of Commerce,
and has previously served as Deputy Chairman of Enterprise St.Helena and Director of the St.Helena Broadcasting
Corporation and has provided adult training in Information Technology.
In the private sector, is Director of a software engineering company
in Germany, operates several small enterprises as sole trader with employees
on St.Helena and partner in other small businesses on St.Helena.
